At Jellycat, we want to ensure fair access to our products for all customers. As part of this commitment, we reserve the right to cancel or restrict orders in certain circumstances.
An account may be suspended or closed if orders are not intended for personal use. Buying Jellycats as gifts for friends and family is absolutely fine. There’s always room for a little gifting joy!
Not for intended personal use may include situations where:
- The shipping address appears to be linked to a forwarding address or business address.
- An item limit has been exceeded
- Multiple orders have been placed to the same address or using the same account in an attempt to bypass order limits
- Orders that are placed to promote other businesses or commercial ventures
These measures are in place to ensure more customers have a chance to enjoy our products.
In some cases, an order may also be cancelled because the item has been oversold and stock is no longer available. While this is outside of our control, we understand it can be disappointing and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
