To enter the Jellycat store in Galeries Lafayette, a booking is not required.
If you wish to purchase one of the exclusive experience items and enjoy all the fun of having your item prepared and packed at the experience counter, then pre-booking will guarantee an allocated timeslot and entry to the event.
We do advise booking online, however if you are happy waiting, we also have a virtual queue available on the day. Please note that there may be long wait times for walk-ins - especially during busy periods. You might be waiting a little while (up to a few hours at times), however our team will keep things cheerful and let you know the expected wait time once you're in the queue.
Please also note that, due to high demand, walk-in guests are not always guaranteed a slot to be served at the experience counter – even if you’ve waited in the queue. This will depend on capacity on the day as we have to prioritise our prebooked slots.
