Oh no! If you did not receive an early access email and are in Silver Biker or above, please contact Customer Services and they will be able to assist you. You will need to be subscribed to our Purrks emails.
Rest assured, you will still be able to shop Early Access items even if you didn’t receive your email. As long as you are signed into your Purrks account, you’ll be able to access and shop the collection.
We also recommend checking your junk or spam folder, as emails can sometimes land there.
