We are unable to authenticate Jellycats based on images, batch codes or individual product checks.
The only way to be certain your Jellycat is 100% authentic is by purchasing it either:
directly from the Official Jellycat website, or
from one of our authorised Jellycat stockists.
While it is possible to find genuine Jellycat products through third-party sellers or resale platforms, we are unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of items purchased outside of our official website or authorised retailers.
