The goal is for all Jellycat characters to be there around the clock to make new friends – but those crafted specifically for events and experiences are often highly sought after, and this and other factors can mean the actual amount in store can be vary. Please understand that the availability of Jellycats cannot be guaranteed. The team is committed to making your experience enjoyable and are happy to help suggest alternative Jellycat companions, or let you know when certain characters will be coming back!
